Plan for Vice Premier Li Xiannian to Receive and Dine with the [North] Korean Government Delegation
1. Time: 5:00 p.m., 3 August 1958 (The delegation arrived in Beijing that afternoon. [They] will first be received and then there will be a dinner.)
2. Location: Ziguang Pavilion
3. Banquet Style: Chinese food; five tables
4. Personnel from Both Sides.
(1) [North] Korean Side:
To attend the reception: Deputy Prime Minister Ri Ju-yeon [Ri Ju Yon] and all members of the delegation
To attend the banquet: Deputy Prime Minister Ri Ju-yeon and all fifteen members of the delegation; eleven diplomats and spouses above the level of commercial attaché from the [North Korean] embassy in China.
(2) Our [Chinese] Side:
To attend the reception: Minister Ye [illegible], Ambassador Qiao Xiaoguang, Vice Minister Zeng Yongquan, Vice Chairman Liu Mingfu, Deputy Director Zhang Shijie, Vice Chairman Zhang Youxuan, Office Director Biao Wen[illegible]
Vice Minister Lin Haiyun and two translators
To attend the banquet: About thirty people, including all of those attending the reception and directors and bureau chiefs involved in negotiations

Foreign guests attending the banquet will arrive at Ziguang Pavilion at 6:45 p.m.
Our participants attending the banquet will arrive at Ziguang Pavilion at 6:40 p.m.
