I was in Moscow from 29 June through 22 July. I worked in the USSR MFA and participated in the work of the CPSU CC Plenum.
On 19 July I was received by Cde. N. S. Khrushchev. I informed [him] of Kim Il Sung's reaction to the meeting and the conversation with Nikita Sergeyevich Khrushchev on 17 June, about the steps he took on return to Pyongyang, and also about the reaction of several KWP CC Presidium members.
I asked Cde. N. S. Khrushchev what to report to Kim Il Sung when he asks about a decision about the KWP CC request about economic issues he presented during the unofficial visit to Moscow from 13 to 18 June.
Nikita Sergeyevich Khrushchev instructed that it be passed to Kim Il Sung that the issue of credits, and deliveries of wheat and cotton have been decided favorably. The corresponding Soviet organizations have been charged with carefully studying the other issues. Then Nikita Sergeyevich said that I need to take a letter about this issue addressed to Kim Il Sung without fail which he will sign (the letter was presented to me several minutes after the reception).
With regard to a visit to the DPRK Nikita Sergeyevich said that the trip will take place in the middle of September of this year. The exact date of arrival in Pyongyang will be named somewhat after the time of the Romanian Party-government delegation's arrival in the Soviet Union is set.
