Number 60/ Mr. Boris Vassilovich Netasiev is active in delivering publications and communications between the Russian Legation and communist leaders. It’s been proven to me that he is the one that the Legation relies on for these missions.
Boris drives car number (114 –C- Syria) that belongs to the Russian Legation and is a pillar in the Soviet Nationals Association.
