Letter to Lt. Col Mohammed Sadiq dated December 31, 1951:

 

Please find enclosed a copy of an Advertisement regarding Pakistan Citizenship and Registration.

 

2. It is intended that the advertisement should be inserted in two Turki newspapers which have the largest circulation in Sinkiang [Xinjiang]. Please make enquiries about the cost of insertion for each paper and let us have their names and the cost of daily insertion in each urgently. Please note that the advertisement must not be published till you get telegraphic advice from us to that effect.
