The Embassy of Pakistan present their compliments to the Ministry of Foreign of the Central People’s Government of the People’s Republic of China and have the honour to state that Mr. Safder Ali Khan, Accountant in Chini Bagh, Kashgar, is returning to Pakistan by the 1st May 1953. The Embassy would be grateful if the Local Administration at Kashgar could be asked to extend such facilitates that Mr. Safdar Ali Khan may stand in need of for his journey to Pakistan.
2. The Embassy of Pakistan avail themselves of this opportunity to renew to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Central People’s Government of the People’s Republic of China the assurances of their highest consideration.
The Pakistani Embassy in Beijing asks that the local government in Xinjiang provide financial assistance to allow a Pakistani national to return to Pakistan.
