We would like to inform you of the following developments:
Our organization sent, from Bucharest-Băneasa Railway Station, the Romanian Railway (CFR) wagons no. 3138233 (containing 94 parcels with drugs, bandages and medical materials, weighing 7449 kilograms), and no. 436043 (containing a Ziss truck and a Willis car, both of which are used, together with their tires, including spare tires, weighing 4,800 kilograms), together with letters no. 2 and no. 4 dated September 1, 1951 […].
[Please] keep in touch with the Embassy of the People’s Republic of Romania in China, so that as soon as the delivery reaches Andong, [we can] take the necessary measures to send the goods forward.
