1- ISSUE: WAR MATERIAL
A shipment of war material coming by ship will soon leave China for Alexandria. The Chinese Embassy in Cairo will communicate the arrival date and the name of the ship, when appropriate. [The embassy] requests confirmation of the agreement of UAR authorities to facilitate the operations.
