The Embassy of Pakistan present their compliments to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Central People’s Government of the People’s Republic of China and have the honour to state that Syed Gohar Nisa Bibi daughter of Syed Ghulam Mohammed Shah, a Pakistan national in Yarkand is understood to have died of starvation and bitter cold while held in imprisonment by some local people. The Embassy would be grateful if an investigation is held about the circumstances leading to the death of Syed Gohar Nisa Bibi.
The Embassy of Pakistan avail themselves of this opportunity to renew to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Central People’s Government of the People’s Republic of China the assurances of their highest consideration.
The Embassy of Pakistan writes to the Chinese Foreign Ministry regarding the welfare of Pakistani nationals in Xinjiang.
