The Embassy of Pakistan present their compliments to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Central People’s Government of the People’s Republic of China and have the honour to state that the passport of Syed Ahmah Shah, a Pakistan national in Yarkand is understood have been retained by the local authorities who may kindly be advised to return it to the hold as this would be needed by the Embassy in connection with issuance of a new Pakistan Passport to the said national.
2. Syed Ahmah Shah has informed that he has yet to be issued a Residence Certificate in which regard he seems to be experiencing some difficulty and for which the assistance of the Ministry will be greatly appreciated.
The Embassy of Pakistan avail themselves of this opportunity to renew to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Central People’s Government of the People’s Republic of China the assurances of their highest consideration.
The Embassy of Pakistan writes to the Chinese Foreign Ministry regarding the welfare of Pakistani nationals in Xinjiang.
