To Mikoyan.
On February 3 we sent you a long cable made up of four points and obligated you to recount it to Mao Zedong. There is still no message from you about receiving this cable and about recounting its content to Mao Zedong.
Instantsiya [codename for Stalin] is demanding an immediate answer.
