Telegram by Ambassador Rinaldo Petrignani, 'Prospects of resuming the FNI negotiations'

He states that Italy's firm and coherent position vis-à-vis the missile debate has improved its standing internationally, and highlights the crucial importance of maintaining strong transatlantic relations.
