Agreement between the Czechoslovak and Soviet interior ministries on the processing of the educational text "Socialist Pedagogy" for the Czechoslovak College of National Security

This agreement concerns the editing and publication process for the instructional material "Socialist Pedagogy," which is to be taught to pupils of the Czechoslovak College of National Security. Utilization and distribution of the document is discussed and a list of topics to be addressed in the document is included. The teaching material is to focus on preventative educational measures of the Czechoslovak National Security forces, mainly teaching Socialism and Communism. An example of a chart to fill in according to the editing process is included.

Cooperative agreement between the state security organs of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the Soviet Union

The parties agree to work together in protecting their soldiers from ideological diversion by anti-socialist agents and to continue exchanging information gathered by military counter-intelligence.

Protocol resulting from discussions between the Interior Ministry of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the KGB of the Soviet Union

Both parties discuss the detection of and preparation for a surprise nuclear rocket attack by the USA on socialist countries, the intentions of the main hostile countries- the USA, other NATO countries, the People’s Republic of China- and cooperation to fight ideological diversion from hostile countries and emigrant populations. The two also agree to economic, tourism and cultural exchanges.

Record of discussion and text of coordination plan on operative technology from the summer of 1972 through 1974, reached by the Committee of State Security (KGB) of the USSR and the Czechoslovak Ministry of the Interior

The KGB and head representative of operative technical services for the Czechoslovak Ministry of the Interior agreed to a plan to continue the exchange of scientific-technical information and samples of operative technology and to convene meetings of specialists on these topics. The text of the coordination plan of summer 1972 - 1974 follows, and categories governed by it include technical documents, photographs, criminology, confidential documents, radio electronics and photo optics.

Cooperative plan between the Czechoslovak Ministry of the Interior and the Soviet KGB from the summer of 1976 to 1980

This cooperation agreement seeks to use Czechoslovak-Soviet cooperation as a means to achieve the following objectives: (1) subverting attempts by hostile factions to infiltrate both countries' national and joint staff and military bodies having access to classified military information; (2) detection and obstruction of attempts by state enemies to carry out subversive acts against national and joint armed forces; (3) perfection of counter-intelligence security actions by the Warsaw Treaty united command; and (4) prevention and timely detection of possible leaks of classified information.

Protocol on steps to increase coordination between the Czechoslovak Ministry of the Interior and the Soviet Ministry of the Interior in 1975

This agreement provides for short visits by employees of the Czechoslovak and Soviet Interior Ministries in the other country in order to share knowledge in the areas of criminology, security, scientific experimentation and academia. The two parties agree to semiannual exchanges on the most major security and criminal issues faced in each country. Dates for conferences are set and the number and titles of publications for exchange are listed. These publications concern security matters, criminology, military information and crime statistics.

Protocol on the joint negotiations of the Czechoslovak Interior Ministry delegation and the delegation of KGB border troops

The Czechoslovak and Soviet delegations discussed the fulfillment of the 1958 joint proceedings on Soviet border troops, further coordination of the border organs of both parties, the relay of technical equipment at the border and joint actions for border searches. Also on the agenda was the easing of border passage in times of emergency for citizens of both states.

Agreement about Cooperation between the Committee for State Security under the USSR Council of Ministers and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic
