Kudryaytsev, ‘Record of Conversation with the Prime Minister of the Republic of Cuba, Fidel Castro, 25 February 1961’ Fidel Castro endorses Khrushchev's reaction to events in the Congo and agrees to support the Soviet Union in seeking to reorganize the structure of the UN. Castro discusses the presence of counterrevolutionaries aided by the United States in Escambray.
