Letter from Premier Kim Il Sung to Premier Zhou Enlai
[To the] Ministry of Foreign Affairs:
On the afternoon of 27 October [1965], the Deputy Secretary of the International Bureau in the [North] Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ri Ju-gyo, met Counselor Chen [of the Chinese Embassy]. [Ri] handed over a reply letter from Premier Kim [Il Sung] to Premier Zhou [Enlai]. The full text is attached below.
