Gazette of the State Council of the People's Republic of China, 1956, No. 19 (Overall Issue No. 45)
This issue includes several sections about electing and sending representatives to local People's Congresses. It also discusses adjusting organizations under State Council control, establishing an "expert bureau" to take care of work and problems related to intellectuals, and whether someone deprived of political rights might serve as a defender in court.
