On 21 February Chairman of the USSR Council of People’s Commissars Generalissimo I. V. Stalin received Prime Minister of Iran Mr. Qavam os-Saltaneh.
USSR People’s Commissar of Foreign Affairs V. M. Molotov was present at the reception.
