At Moscow's instructions I passed Kim Il Sung a brochure with documents and materials which relate to the four-power summit meeting in Paris.

 

Kim Il Sung expressed gratitude to passing [him] this brochure.

 

A meeting and an approximately three-hour conversation were held with CPSU CC Presidium members Cdes. F. R. Kozlov, A. N. Kosygin, and A. I. Mikoyan. Present at the conversation were Cdes. N. S. Patolichev, S. A. Skachkov, Yu. V. Andropov, A. M. Puzanov, and Embassy interpreter D. A. Priyemsky; from the Korean side: Kim Il Sung, Kim Chang-man, Pak Yong-guk, Gosplan Chairman Rim Gi-cheol [sic], Ambassador Ri Song-yun [sic], and interpreter Choe Won-sik. During this meeting Kim Il Sung talked in detail about the economic and political situation in the DPRK and presented the requests about economic issues.
