Letter to the CPSU Central Committee, forwarding Mitronov's Request for Diba
TO THE CPSU CC
Cde. Mitronov, Rector of the CPSU CC Higher Party School, is raising the issue of giving Cde. Diba, a student of the VPSh [Higher Party School], and a member of the CC of the People's Party of Iran, one-time monetary aid of 10,000 rubles to obtain furniture for an apartment he has newly-received.
We consider it possible to support the request of Cde. Mitronov to give VPSh student Cde. Diba one-time monetary aid of 10,000 rubles.
We request the agreement of the CPSU CC.
