This letter states Radmanesh's request to send NPI CC members Iraj Iskanderi and Reza Rust to Stalinabad in order for them to familiarize themselves with the situation of Iranian emigres in the Tajik SSR. The CPSU agreed to send them with F. F. Voloshin.

TO THE CPSU CENTRAL Committee OF THE COMMUNIST PARTY OF the SOVIET UNION
Dear Comrades,
According to an agreement Cdes. Iraj Iskanderi and Reza Rust are being sent to Stalinabad for familiarization with the situation of Iranian political émigrés living in this city.
At the same time please offer Cdes. Iskanderi and Rust the necessary means for travel and ask the CP CC of Tajikistan to give the aforementioned comrades the necessary assistance to successfully accomplish the assignment given them.
