Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the

Union of Soviet Socialist Republics

 

 

The visit of her Highness Ashraf Pahlavi presents me with a suitable occasion to pass you my friendly greetings and cordial sentiments. I consider it necessary to especially recall with great joy and satisfaction that the dear meeting and conversation with you during the trip to Iran remains unforgettable in my memory, and the impression of the friendly and gracious attention which you displayed will always be preserved in my heart.

 

I always request health and happiness for you and progress and greatness to the friendly neighboring people, and I hope that the good relations and ties between the two countries, thanks to your kind attention, will continually strengthen and develop.
