Today, the Ambassador [sic; Charge d'Affaires] of the DPRK to Poland, Comrade Ri Man-sik informed me that a four-person delegation (including a translator) from the DPRK's Ministry of State Security (MSS) will come to Poland from Sofia on April 6 of this year in order to familiarize themselves with the computer technology used in the counter-intelligence protection of the state.

Comrade Ri Man-sik mentioned that the delegation would also spend 7 days in the GDR and then 7 days in Bulgaria. Further details on the personnel composition, exact arrival and departure dates will be kept up to date.
