The Military Commission Agrees to Allow the 4th Field Army's Ethnic Korean Officers and Soldiers Repatriate to Korea
Passed on from Wen[Shizhen] to Comrade Kim Il Sung:
Agree with your decision to send three representatives to China to prepare to receive the Korean troops. These three representatives should please come to the Chinese People's Revolutionary Military Affairs Committee in Beijing to make arrangements with Chief of Staff Nie Rongzhen. Agree with Korean troops being reorganized in China and with starting to send troops back to Korea in April after changing to summer uniforms.
