The Military Commission Agrees to Allow the 4th Field Army's Ethnic Korean Officers and Soldiers Repatriate to Korea
Comrade Lin Biao:
Kim Il Sung has dispatched personnel to come to Wuhan and receive the Korean troops. They have requested to take with them the full set of weaponry. Chairman Mao [Zedong] just indicated he agreed to them taking back a full set of weaponry. I hope it will be handled as best as possible.
