It is permitted to announce the destination to all the personnel. Conduct the necessary explanatory work among CPSU, Komsomol members and all the personnel about the performance of a special government assignment. Begin studying material [handwritten: about Cuba]. Use members of the crew who have previously been [handwritten: to the island of Cuba] when holding conversations.

 

Destroy this document after reading and understanding this content.
