Comrade Ambassador,
Regarding South Korean President Park Chung Hee’s statement on January 12, according to which South Korea will accept the DPRK’s proposal of an immediate US troop withdrawal from Korea if Pyongyang agrees to sign a non-aggression pact between the two countries, please follow the situation closely and report the DPRK’s reactions.
