Esteemed comrades!
For the purposes of greater centralization of the activity of the Party we are turning to you with a request to transfer NPI [People's Party of Iran] CC member Cde. Iraj Iskanderi from Budapest to Moscow and permit him to be in the Soviet Union for one year to devote to the study of the Russian language and work a foreign bureau being created at the present time.
Cde. Iraj Iskanderi has a wife and three children who are in Vienna. We request assistance in the arrival of Cde. Iskanderi's family in Moscow and also with providing them with an apartment and monetary assistance.
