M. S. Azari

Address: Baku, Pervomayskaya St., Dorogal Alley 15, Apt. 1 (verified address)

to Cde. Khrushchev

In December 1954 I wrote a letter to you to which I have not received a reply. In January 1955, I wrote a second time, to which I also did not receive a reply. Then I sent a telegram, but no reply ensued.

There are people working in the higher bodies of the Azerbaijan SSR CC Party organizations who violate democracy.

They expel people, cadre and completely innocent people. On 15 September 1954 an article appeared in the newspaper "Azerbaijan," where the foremost people of the Party were expelled from the Party .

Mustafayev took part in all these matters.

I was among these expelled. My fault is that I revealed their crimes.

Please look into this matter.

(Nothing was written in the letter about my Party data).

B. 11/August 1955

[handwritten: Azari, Mir

45211-55]

In this letter Mir Aga Azeria accuses the Azerbaijan SSR CC Party of expelling innocent people from within the party, and he specifically accuses Mustafayev of being involved.
