Message from Bagirov to Aleksandrov on Printing Presses
to the chief of the Directorate of Propaganda and Agitation of the CC VKP(b)

By decision of the Politburo of 6 July (special folder) Cde. Yudin (OGIZ) has been entrusted with putting three flat-bed printing presses at the disposal of the CC CP(b) of Azerbaijan and the Narkomvneshtorg is to provide the 3 new newspapers and illustrated magazine with good paper.
We are beginning preparatory work for the publication of these newspapers and the magazine.
We request you help those being sent to Moscow, Cdes. Ragimov, S., and Samed Vurgun, with the quickest possible receipt and dispatch to Baku of the three flat-bed printing presses and the paper.
