Kim Yong-ryong asks whether the North Korean Ministry of State Security may send specialists to Poland for counterintelligence training ahead of the 13th World Youth and Students Festival.

After discussing economic relations between the DPRK and Poland, Lewandowski states that DPRK’s absence in the International Meeting of Communist and Workers’ parties cannot be justified. He denounces Juche ideology as a purely nationalist policy which has nothing to do with the ideas of internationalism.

Describes in detail the progress made as of January 1956 on the DPRK-USSR agreement that the USSR provide postwar aid from 1953 to 1957. Also lists free aid provided by China and other socialist states.

Ivanov tells Nam Il that the Polish government is in favor of Sweden’s and Switzerland’s proposal to reorganize the Neutral Nations Korean Armistice Supervisory Commission. Nam Il says he is still unsure about the motives of the Swedish and Swiss governments.

Puzanov describes a visit to Kangwon and the ongoing reconstruction efforts in that province. Puzanov also comments on Ri Sang-jo's expulsion from the KWP.

Kim Il Sung and the Soviet Union trade delegation discuss the DPRK's economic conditions and terms for trade between the Soviet Union and North Korea. Afterwards, Nam Il gives Puzanov an overview of discrepancies in the North Korean and Polish delegations' draft communiques.
