Visa application from North Korean diplomats
The Embassy has just received visa applications for 30 days stay in Denmark for:
1. Li In No
3rd Secretary at North Korea’s Moscow Embassy
Diplomatic passport no. 0519195 valid to 7.03.1980
2. Choi Cha Ryang
Attaché at North Korea’s Moscow Embassy
Diplomatic passport no. 0310113, valid to 19.02.1978
Purpose of travel: diplomatic courier
The two gentlemen wishes to travel this evening via Berlin.
The Embassy requests permission to issue visas no later than today 18.30 Moscow time (16.30 Danish time).

Informed Department for Protocol, Police Intelligence Service (Kr. Ottosen), Directorate for Foreign Nationals and Companies. [illegible] been informed that none of these North two North Koreans are known to Police Intelligence Service or TFU, but will still allow issuance of visa.
