December 21, 1974	The Record of Conversation between Foreign Minister of Mongolian People's Republic and President Kim Il Sung of North Korea at 21 Dec., 1974 During the Foreign Minister of the Mongolian People's Republic's visit to Pyongyang, Kim Il Sung thanks Mongolia for its support of Korea's unification and welcomes discussion on each country's economic situation. Kim Il Sung also laments North Korea's military burden, expressing distaste for American imperialism.
March 17, 1972	Protocols of the Talks between the Mongolian and the North Korean Government Delegations Officials of the Mongolian People's Republic and the North Korea discuss North Korea's view on inter-Korean relations regarding reunification, the Park Chung Hee regime in South Korea, and their diplomatic orientation toward other socialist states.
October 31, 1975	Cable, American Embassy Seoul to the Secretary of State, 'ROKG Nuclear Reprocessing' The U.S. Embassy in Seoul reports that the South Korean government continues to press forward on purchasing a French nuclear reprocessing plant.
January 5, 1976	Cable, American Embassy Seoul to the Secretary of State, 'ROK Nuclear Reprocessing' The American Ambassador to Korea voices his opinion that the U.S. can discourage the SOuth Korean nuclear program while avoiding confrontation and a "humiliating loss of face and prestige" for Park Chung Hee.
September 22, 1972	Minutes of Conversation between Nicolae Ceaușescu and the Economic Delegation from the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea Nicolae Ceausescu meets with the head of the Korean delegation to Romania, Jeong Jun-taek, regarding the DPRK's efforts for peaceful reunification of the Korean peninsula. They discuss at length the political situation of South Korea, the US and Japan's role, and end with negotiations on economic aid for the DPRK.
December 1, 1972	Note on Information by DPRK Deputy Foreign Minister Comrade Ri Man-seok on 28 November 1972 for the Ambassadors and Acting Ambassadors of Poland, Czechoslovakia and the GDR between 1200 and 1330 hours in the Foreign Ministry Ri Man-seok provides a brief on the fourth session of Red Cross negotiations held in Seoul and the domestic political situation of South Korea under the Park Chung Hee regime.
April 4, 1973	Telegram from Pyongyang, No.061.113, Urgent, SECRET KWP Centeral Committee member Kim Yeongnam explains to the Romanian representative that the DPRK proposed changes in the North-South Coordination Committee meeting to ease tensions and transform the armistice into a peace treaty. Kim blames the South Korean hawks and separatists who abide by the interests of the US and Japan for the lack of progress. Despite the impasse, the North Koreans look to the internal dissent against Park Chung Hee in South Korea as a sign of support for Pyongyang.
March 1, 1973	Telegram from Pyongyang to Bucharest, SECRET, No. 061072 The document discusses the political strategies of the two Koreas' and their respective visions of unification. The author notes that North Korea is reaching out to the world to shore up support for Pyongyang's vision.
January 16, 1973	Telegram from Pyongyang to Bucharest, No.061.009 Lazar describes setbacks in inter-Korean cooperation following South Korea's hostile attitude towards North Korea. The author obvserves that DPRK is irked by President Park's growing cult of personality home and abroad.
