The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has reversed its decision to reply to the North Korean letter denying smuggling activities in Oslo.

The Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs states that evidence of smuggling in the North Korean Embassy in Oslo is "incontrovertible" and the decision to expel embassy personnel "fully justified."

The North Korean ambassador is advised to leave Sweden following the discovery of smuggling activities in North Korean embassies.

Norway will not reverse its decision to expel the current North Korean embassy staff. Visas have been received and approved for new staff.

Announcement that all North Korean Embassy personnel in Oslo have been asked to leave the country following reports of smuggling through the embassy.
