Following the "Anti-Party Group's" failed removal of Khrushchev as General Secretary of the CPSU, the People's Party of Iran sends a resolution approving of the CPSU CC plenum's actions and the policy of de-Stalinization.

This letter from Radmanesh asks the CPSU CC to give Iskanderi and Rust the means for travel to Tajikistan and asks the CP CC of Tajikistan to help them when they are there.

In this letter, Radmanesh requests that the CPSU CC help save the members of the NPI CC that have been sentenced to execution by Iran's military courts. He also asks permission to send Iraj Iskanderi and Ehsan Tabari to Prague to help protest these executions.

Radmanesh explains that because Mozafari lost an arm while carrying out a Party assignment, he should be allowed 700 rubles as an allowance as opposed to the original 500.

In this letter Radmanesh requests that People's Party of Iran Central Committee member Iraj Iskanderi be transferred from Budapest to Moscow along with his family, and that they may be provided with housing and financial assistance.
